Dates: 9–11 October 2026
Location: An Uaimh Residence, Killybegs, Fintra Road, Co. Donegal (Ireland)
It is time to hear your own voice in the whisper of the Atlantic wind. October in Donegal is a true sanctuary of silence, mist, and deep autumn hues. Strip away everyday armor, mute notifications, and step into a space free from the pressure of perfection.
Does this sound familiar?
Your days blur into an endless checklist of tasks and other people’s expectations.
You long for a moment where no one demands anything from you, and you can simply be.
You feel built-up tension in your body, yet lack a safe space to release it.
You dream of creating and expressing yourself, but an inner critic stops you, saying, “You’re not talented.”
You crave deep, authentic conversations within a safe circle of women who feel and understand the same way.

WHO IS THIS RETREAT FOR?
We designed this retreat for women who:
Are looking for a profound sensory and mental reset far from urban noise.
Wish to release stored stress somatically, through Gestalt therapy and intuitive art.
Long to get their hands messy with clay, grasses, and Atlantic earth without judging the final aesthetic.
Need no prior artistic or crafting experience—what matters is the process, not the product.
